I highly recommend working with Yannick G. at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen. He was a real down to earth guy who made everything happen that I had asked. I knew exactly what I wanted, went alone (without my husband), and did not feel taken advantage of at any point, unlike another local Volkswagen dealers who tried. On top of being friendly, Yannick was very knowledgeable! He even delivered my new car since it wasn’t ready the day I made the purchase. I would definitely work with him again! As for the 2021 Atlas, I'm loving it so far!

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

Saw a preview of a Porsche Macan GTS they listed but they did not have photos posted so I inquired. David emailed me immediately, and told me it was incoming and would send pix as soon as it arrived. A day or 2 later I got several high quality photos of it inside and out and a follow up phone call making sure I received them, and if there was anything else I wanted photos of or had any questions. Vehicle was beautiful and professionally detailed, but unfortunately when we went over the option list it was missing a few "must-haves" for me. When I told him that I wasn't interested only because it didn't have those options, he asked if I would like him to keep my info and let me know if he finds the exact one I'm looking for, which I really appreciated! Other dealers with similar vehicles I inquired about took days to reply and immediately lost interest in making a sale as soon as we determined their vehicle was missing those must-have options. At that point, they were only interested in making the sale on THAT car TODAY, not a potential future sale. David understood that not all deals happen immediately, and I'm a serious buyer just waiting for the perfect optioned car, so I'm really hoping he is able to find me the exact spec GTS I'm searching for. I know it's out there and with the excellent sales experience so far, I feel comfortable buying a car from them.

This car has all the safety and comfort issues I was looking for - plus good gas mileage. The styling and four wheel drive fits with my rugged home woodland environment.

I had a light come on that concerned me and Doug at Mcdonald VW helped me get my car in right away. They even give a LYFT credit so I could get home. Within 48 hours I had a video of the technician going through what they found, what they fixed, and even did an oil change and checked tires too just so everything was perfect. All under warranty so no charge to me and these are some of the nicest guys at this place. I see some negative reviews and I really think sometimes people create their own problems, like declining a recall and then being upset? This place is great and they are even renovating to have a really nice new building.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

This is a great vehicle for the money. Strong engine, and getting over 30 mpg. Comfortable, and with Jeep capability. Very happy with our choice.

I went in for a test drive. I’d called ahead and the vehicle (CR-V hybrid) was pulled up front and ready to go. A quick interaction with the manager and the salesman (which may have gone faster because I was already in their system from a prior visit) and we were off on a good test route. The salesman, Sasha, was knowledgeable about his product and easy to converse with, and asked good questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. No hard sell. If all dealership interactions were this efficient, effective and pleasant people would feel more positively toward dealership relationships.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

As the owner of a 2013 Nissan Juke, I’ve really enjoyed the experience. It’s compact but surprisingly powerful, thanks to the turbocharged engine—it handles more like a sporty hatchback than an SUV. The unique design always turns heads, and it’s been super reliable over the years. It’s fun to drive, easy to park, and great on gas. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable car with personality.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Clean and quick service. Nice waiting area and employees are polite and friendly. Location is easy to get to and scheduling is quick. Free coffee.

This is the most wonderful car. Just the right size SUV for my needs. I will be staying in the Mitsubishi Family and buy a new one again.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

I leased my 2015 Chevy Trax (basic trim) new on March 2025 as my 21st birthday present to myself. Since it’s my first official first car purchase, I was on top of my maintenance. I’ve already taken it to a lot of road trips and decided to own it October 2018. Took it to more road trips ever since. The issues I had on it has been the AC. I did a whole 100k service on it as well, and have had to replace the spark plugs. Otherwise, the engine is still running great on me and now at 110K+ ! I am looking to replace this car at some point in the near future though since I’m growing out of it already. But I’m super happy with this car (I named my Trax as Trixie) as it has been reliable on me most of the time. It was fun to drive in my 20s and I personally love the handling on it as well. I’m driving my 2015 Trax till it completely dies on me. Would be a nice surprise if it gives me another 50-100K+ miles— we shall see!

This dealership?s service has been improving a great deal over the last year or so. Phone calls, texts, and emails are returned promptly. Appointments are very prompt also. Nate Manzanares is a wonderful service advisor! Amazing management and communication skills, including often deftly handling very difficult customers with graciousness yet firmness. High level of knowledge about the inner workings of Mercedes vehicles. Also patiently takes the time, even in the middle of a sometimes chaotic environment, to explain to customers how those inner parts work, and why the repairs are truly needed. Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy
