I went to BMW northlake for general servicing. Jeff Day was the advisor and he took care of the service. Talked me through the deals for servicing. Was convinced the way he explained. And before I waited long enough car was ready.

Easy to book appointment / quick check-in / Advisor kept me informed about repairs and timing. The Northlake BMW facility renovations look good and the enhanced beverage bar might be great for some guests. But the business client waiting for service has been pushed out of what use to be a wonderful business center to sit out amongst the noisy showroom crowd. The great Customer Service person found me a table to work at, but it was right in the path of the public entrance.

Courteous service. Nice waiting room as well as snacks. Didn’t take all day. Video service is kind of neat too.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

JR in Service went above and beyond on my service visit for my daughter’s 2014 3series GT. His communication was superb something I haven’t experienced in a while in the service dept. He was able to get a hold of the warranty folks very quickly which they was able to approve my service concerns. JR even took my call over his lunch break!!! Very pleasant to work with even though this was my first time having him as my advisor. I will definitely request JR in the future and you should too! Kuddos to JR!!

I visited MB of Northlake about a month ago just browsing and “considering” purchasing a GLE. I met a sales agent by the name of Miller Harris, who was just amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, talking me through the intricate details of each one. He wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase. Upon wrapping up that visit, he simply gave me his contact info and let me know that he was there if I wanted to proceed. This was such a relief as it gave me the freedom and time that I wanted to fully consider my purchase and make a well informed decision! A month later, I purchased my brand new GLE 53 with him! The transaction was smooth and well coordinated, and I was only in the dealership for 45 mins to complete the purchase. You really can’t ask for much more than that! Very well done! Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! My first Mercedes & now I plan to definitely remain a loyal consumer! Amazingly pleased!

I’ve always been a Mopar man and it came time to replace my wife’s suv. We wanted something a little nicer than her last jeep so we decided we wanted a Grand Cherokee. My wife found this one online located at BMW South. I called in to ask a few questions and was transferred to Zach. He was happy to help anyway he could answering every questions I had no matter how monotonous. Decided to come and see it on his recommendation and we wound up leaving in it. He and the whole team there were great to deal with and made the experience rather pleasant compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past. Would buy here again.

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.
