I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade as our first major purchase together about 5 years ago. In that time we have fallen utterly in love with this car and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something compact that still feels roomie inside. As a nanny, I love that the back seat can fit 2 car seats and a booster with enough elbow room that the kiddos arent in each others' space while still being close enough to the drivers seat for me to hand back snacks and take their trash when they're done. The entertainment center is far from flawless but once you get connected to it and everything set the way you want, its awesome! I love having google maps pulled up on the screen with my music/podcast/audiobook next to it.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I purchased a 2023 Forester Wilderness from Piazza Subaru of Limerick and the experience could not have been any better. My sales associate Larry David was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions and provided constructive feedback when asked. Larry made the process very enjoyable and pressure free from start to finish. My finance representative Gary Long was phenomenal! Gary worked with me and was transparent and pressure free the entire time. Gary is a very professional and a joy to work with. I know I will be coming back to Piazza Subaru of Limerick for years to come for my future vehicle purchases!

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service is fast and efficient. Love the waiting room!

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I expected a circus with tricks like “only today” or “last chance.” Instead it was just a normal conversation and a normal choice. Almost boring in a good way.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Excellent service, service section not pushy, explains what's needed,gives time to customer to make decision on what to do. Only negative to Carshop is no Military Discount. Would get more business with Discount.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

Toyota care service was done as scheduled and completed before promised. It usually does not work out this way and is refreshing when people do what they promised.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.
