Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

So fast, stable and responsive! Like being squirted out of a hose when you hit the accelerator. Comfort is first-class, too. I have had back surgery, but I never get fatigued or sore in this car, not matter how long I drive for. I couldn't say that about my Porsche's. So many "WOW" features, I feel like I learn something cool about this car every time I drive it. You will NOT be disappointed!

The listing indicated the vehicle had been in an accident. I emailed the dealer asking for the details. I received a reply that did not address the accident. I renewed my request. I received another reply from a different agent that did not address the accident. I renewed my request again and this agent promptly sent me the Carfax. He was very responsive and while after looking at the Carfax I decided to pass, I asked him to keep an eye out for the vehicle I am looking for.

Hi my name is Abdullah Mojedidi and I live in Menifee CA and I just recently bought my beautiful used 09' Mercedes Benz ml350. I loved the color combination from the exterior to the clean interior. All in all felt great on the test drive. Great costumer service and communication by Robert he always got back to me in a timely manner. I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

Both Stephen and Brandon were excellent help when dealing with the whole car buying experience. From start to finish they were able to make the experience both easy and enjoyable. Both had a great attitude and truly showed their attention to customer service. Brandon has even gone out of his way via text/email to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase and to see if we need any assistance with apps on the car.
