Land Rover Mission ViejoReviews
Land Rover Mission Viejo review
We purchased a used car sight unseen from the internet. Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!

Land Rover CerritosReviews
Land Rover Cerritos review
From the time I parked in their guest parking space to the time I left the dealership, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and professional staff at Cerritos Land Rover. Huge shout-out and thanks to Ahmed for a no-pressure approach to sales, especially accomodating my reasonable conditions, making for a very smooth and easy purchase decision. Also big thanks to Seif and Raphael in Finance for continuing the relaxed experience working out the paperwork and answering my questions. Thanks to Gustavo for the vehicle walk-thru going over vehicle features, as well as ensuring the car came with all the accessories it was supposed to. Finally, thanks to Adam for delivering my vehicle safely all the way down to San Diego with all that LA/SD Freeway traffic, on the same day as my purchase! And again to Seif who drove down with Adam in a different vehicle for the return trip back to Cerritos. The dealership being clean out in the lot and in the guests and office spaces definitely represented the luxury and prestige of the brand. Complimented by a super friendly and professional staff... what more can you ask for in a dealership and vehicle purchase experience?! Thank you all for the awesome experience I had buying my first Land Rover!! Covina Hills Chevrolet review
Not too bad on pricing compared to other dealers, especially against Carmax and Carvana which I refuse to deal with because they don't even allow pre-purchase inspection. I didn't like them adding on a $800 fee for ceramic coating and Lojack that is not disclosed on the websites. Just factor that in when looking at the price. Other than that, not bad.

Genesis of Ontario review
My wife and I went to your dealer in Ontario specifically looking for a G70 and we're greeted by Eduardo, he was very pleasant, he understood what we were looking for and took a test drive within the hour, explaining the features of the vehicle. My wife and I were very impress how the car handle, we felt comfortable with Eduardo assisting us and felt no pressure at all, he listen to our needs and work with us on the price we were looking for. He is a solid salesman and asset to your dealership. We will recommend our family and friends to your dealership. Again thank you to Eduardo Tinoco and his team. Steve & Anna Canales

CarMax Buena ParkReviews
CarMax Buena Park review
A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

CarMax BakersfieldReviews
CarMax Bakersfield review
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

CarMax Tucson review
armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.
