It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Dealt with salesman Jeff Gonzalez, and then closer/finance person Michelle Gonzalez. Jeff was very pleasant and low key. Michelle got us a great rate from our preferred bank. Paperwork was already typed up when we arrived. The sales and finance contract were all on one document. The whole process required only 5 or 6 signatures, and took less than 10 minutes! The easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and the most professionally run dealership. Tech guy, Matt, then spent about a half hour with us synching our phones, showing us how the radio, climate control, keyless entry and navigation all worked, as well as all the features of the vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the whole team and the experience. I can't imagine how it could be any better.
