Never thought I would buy a pre-owned Ford F-150 from a Porsche dealership, but I did! Chris Allen went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. The vehicle was nicer than comparable ones I looked checked out at other Ford stores. I was a little apprehensive about going in the Porsche store to buy a $30K truck but everyone there made me feel welcome and pleased I was buying this vehicle. Suzanne in the business office had everything ready to go and I was on my way in no time. They don't keep many pre-owned off brands on the lot, only the best ones! Worth checking out for sure! Incredible technology. Rocket ship fast and powerful. The ONLY negative I can give it is that charging can be a pain but getting easier all the time (more chargers in more places than when I first bought it).
Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.

I'm on the list for the Model 3, so I wanted to get an idea of what a Tesla electric is like. The Model S is quiet, elegant, and very powerful. On my test drive the company rep encouraged me to try autopilot. Very strange to take your hands off the wheel and let the car do the driving, but it appeared to perform flawlessly.
I would not recommend this car to a friend for the simple reason that it costs too much. But if you have an extra $80,000 or so available it is a very nice vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Good Value for money with state of the art technology. Hassle free buying experience . Most of enhanced options comes with the car .
Works great on highways, local roads . Very safe and reliable to drive .
Regenerative braking is good since it gives longer brake life .

With what you get in performance and luxury, it's hard to believe it is a practical family sedan! The technology built into this vehicle is second to none, and as an electric vehicle, there is NO competition! I own 2 of them!
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.

It’s Not just the best car I’ve owned , it’s The best THING I’ve owned !
I should have made the purchase / transition to Tesla years ago....especially since I have solar, I’m charging at home and driving for free (Not counting Tesla’s 10,000 + free Superchargers across the US)
So consider the savings from :
1)Not purchasing gasoline/diesel/natural gas or propane or hydrogen.
2)Not paying for oil changes.
3)Not paying for cooling system / radiator antifreeze maintenance,
4)Not paying for smog checks and or smog related repairs .
5)Not paying for brakes, brake related expenses till way over 100,000 miles due to Tesla’s regenerative braking .
6)Not having to pay for motor/engine belts and hoses.
7)Not having to pay for Transmission oil/filter service or maintenance and repairs since Tesla’s do not have transmissions.
8)Not paying for fuel filters, DEF fluid (for new ’clean diesels) .
9)GREATLY diminished waste of time in traffic due to the ability to use the carpool/HOV lane while driving solo.
10) Tesla’s are the Safest vehicles made receiving the highest marks on crash tests.
Who says southern hospitality is dead. Go in and ask for Charles. He’s a kind, down-home guy that will treat you right. I didn’t get the car I wanted, but I will go back to him when I get things in order to try again.

This car redefines the entire driving experience. It literally is a life changing experience for the better. Love it, the vehicle is safe, sporty, fast and comfortable. Unbelieveable that it can be all things, but it is. Best purchase of my life!!!!!!!!

I think this is a good one. The exterior is good. The interior is also good. The build is good. This one of my fave cars.
Found an Expedition I was interested in on Saturday morning. I sent in an inquiry and Rick called me an hour later. An hour and a half after that, we were looking at the Expedition in person. My wife loves it, an offer is made, we buy it, we shake hands, we drive away.
In 18 years of purchasing vehicles, I have never had an easier, laid back, or more pleasant experience buying a vehicle. Streamlined, fact based, problem free and to the point, just the way it should be. I’d like to thank Rick and everyone I came in contact with on a rainy Saturday for making my wife and I very happy customers. I will certainly be returning.

Elon Musk chose not to advertise publicly for his Tesla cars. No print ads. No commercials. Just word of mouth and reputation. Once behind the wheel, you can see why.
The interior is roomy enough for to sit five comfortably, including tall people in the back. And there's more than ample room for stowage since especially the hood area is devoid of traditional engine parts. But the beauty lays in the computer console... its large screen display presents incredible visuals. The navigation is top notch, pre-plotting long distance trips to include stops for powering up and fueling up (with food or hotels) while you wait to recharge. And then there's the autonomous feature, a little freaky at first! It's like having in-flight autopilot for your car. Remote control features via the Tesla app are an added bonus (and great for gags).
And then there is the driving. There's a learning curve.... Feel the G-forces at you go from 0 to _!_ in a few seconds. Let go of the acceleration pedal, and experience an instant power drop which slows to almost zero. Once you master this pedal action, you are in control of one of the best handling vehicles on the road with automatic adjustments for road gradients and safety conditions.
What can I say? Great for me. Excellent for the environment. I am in love with this car.
Buying a car can often be a dreaded experience but we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our experience at Certified Autoplex. Our sales agent, Brian Hummel, was quick to respond and a straight-shooter. After we purchased our vehicle, Certified Autoplex did an excellent job detailing our car and also touching up a couple of nicks. They even filled up the gas tank before we left when they noticed it was on low. Jason in their finance department was also great to work with.
Having experienced some negativity the weekend prior at another dealer, walking into Certified Autoplex was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and they provided 5-star treatment. I’ll be recommending them to friends who are looking to purchase a new car.
I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.
Kathy should a get raise for her excellent customer service and her professionalism. Rating. 100 stars!

it has more storage room than other cars ive owned,its fun to drive,its quiet and i like the auto drive assist. it helps the stress level.
I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. The outstanding service I received will definitely encourage me to not hesitate as much when I need to take my car in. Once again thank you!

Beautiful styling inside and out. Super comfortable a joy to drive. This car is super quick with instant response to the accelerator. Regenerative braking allows for one pedal driving at almost all times. New, software enabled features get pushed out via updates meaning the car has more features now than when I bought it.
