I had the 2026 RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid on hold at the Toyota Dealership in Glendale and they sold it so I was panicked trying to find the same car in a short period of time. I reached out to AutoNation Toyota in Irvine and Nika responded immediately and then set out to find the car I wanted. Not only did she find it, she drove to Riverside to pick it up to have it ready for me to purchase that same day! Sean worked with me to get me the price I wanted and even valued my trade-in 30% higher than what Glendale had offered. Ehsan helped me navigate the financing expeditiously and ensured that I understood the fine print. The icing on the cake was Nika and the other Toyota Irvine staff sitting in my new car getting my outdated phone connected so I had access to CarPlay. This team would not let me leave until everything was perfect - THAT is customer service! As challenging as purchasing a new car can be, the team at Irvine made it so easy and so delightful.
