I recently purchased a Toyota Camry at Rice Toyota and in doing so had an incident with Rice that left me unhappy! You can read what happened at dealerrater.com if interested. I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car! We dealt with Rodriguo in the finance office and he was very nice and he did a good job with us. We left happy and my daughter just purchased her first car and I am sure we will be back again! I'd initially been working with another advisor, Bobby, whose attitude left a lot to be desired, but Kevin stepped in and made everything better. I hate going to get my car service, because I always feel like they’re trying to rip me off. However, Kevin was nothing like that! He took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my vehicle, was genuinely engaging to talk to, and made sure I understood what was covered under warranty every step of the way. It's rare to get that level of clarity and communication from a service advisor. If you're bringing your car in, ask for Kevin specifically. I know I will be!
