I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. After needing some servicing, Crystal was literally the BEST staff ever when it came to dealing with insurance, issues with hot wax to the paint job, and misc. other minute things that many would not have picked up on or communicated! She got us the best deal, and made sure safety and the look of the car, along with its functions, were perfect after picking it up from being serviced. They’re also a “hassle free” dealership, allowing us plenty of time to look around on our own before deciding. While performing the scheduled maintenance, they have a checklist to make sure everything is in good working condition and if they find something needs immediate attention, they provide photos of the problem area. During my last service, my cabin filter was filled with acorns and debris. Crystal was my service advisor and she is the best.
