Bought the 2015 Avalon about 6 months ago as a used vehicle. So far so good. No complaints! The sport/eco/normal performance option is awesome. Very comfortable interior. Sleek exterior.

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Ron Yamada. It was a Saturday afternoon, I'd been in my car twice since the surgery two weeks prior ... and the tire inflation light turned on. Though I normally take care of that myself I wasn't quite yet up to the task. Knew the dealership was open, so I pulled in. Ron had me taken care of immediately (and washed the car)! Searched two weeks for a specific Subie. Was running out of steam and ended up chatting online with a rep to see if SoL had the trim package I was looking for. It wasn't in their inventory but 15 min later I got a call from TODD, sales rep, he tracked one down that had just come in on their truck!! He got it in the inventory, ready to drive, and our paper work done practically over night!!! Mind you, we contacted them at 5PM... We have owned Toyota's for 39 years and loved them all. Still have a 1988 Toyota 4x4 with over 310,000 miles. Looks and drives great. This Avalon is great, love it just like I did my 1986 Cressida wagon. Would recommend to anyone.

My side panel next to the driver's seat kept slipping off, after snapping it back on a couple times it seemed like it was going to break if I kept doing this. Since my car is still under warranty I thought Toyota would fix it, but was told since I broke it they wouldn't cover it. It broke because of the defect!

As a realtor, I needed a large comfortable sedan that was luxurious yet performed well. The Avalon Touring, essentially a Lexus ES 350 F type minus some frills for $11K less, delivers. 0-60 in under 6 seconds, 301 HP from a smooth V6 mated to an 8 speed automatic, all the safety and convenience features available. Plus the 4 mode driving selector that transforms the car from a relaxed cruiser to a very sporty car that is nearly Audi-like in handling, throttle response, and steering. Drive this car and forget what the previous version focused on. This new Avalon is for younger drivers that aren't ready to retire!

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Rogers approximately 5 years ago. At the time, the very specific Lexus I was looking for was not in Stevinson's inventory. However, Chris took the time reviewing a similar car, and that information proved to be invaluable to me to eventually find the very tricky-to-find car I was looking for. It's luxurious, very comfortable for driver and passengers. But it's a bit too big for me. I was accustomed to driving a Camry and it was easier to handle to me.

I would have never looked at this vehicle had it not been for the great price. I saw this and decided I'd like a nice car for once in my life and this has not disappointed me. I come from the Forte & Elantra size vehicles so this is quite the step up. Very nice ride, quieter at speed than I'm used to and leather to boot.

This is my second buying experience with Kasey at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. My first purchase was of a 2010 RX 350 that I purchased CPO. I live nearly 8 hours away on the other side of the state, but Kasey was incredibly helpful in helping me purchase that vehicle. Fast-forward to this week, and I am now enjoying a 2010 GX460. Plenty of room interior including back and front seats. Excellent interior condition. The inside is comfortable and drives well. The exterior is also in good condition.

I have always wanted to own a Chevy Corvette. I was bitten by the bug recently and went online searching. The third car I saw on the internet was a 2005, red with black interior, "Vette" with only 9384 miles on it. It was the perfect car. I live in Tampa, FL, and had never bought a car online before. I called Victory and talked with Javier Gonzalez. We had very good conversations about the car. I made an offer and they countered. I came back a little higher and they took the deal. I didn't feel beat up by the experience. It was almost enjoyable. I got the car for a good price. Put a deposit down on it with a credit card on Friday before Labor Day and flew out on Wednesday the following week to pick it up. Javier was very gracious and nice. I really couldn't have asked for a better salesman. The whole buying experience was very positive and I would recommend Victory Motors to any of my friends and family because I feel they would be treated favorably at Victory.

It is reliable and always gets me comfortably from point A to point B. It doesn't have all the new bells and whistles new cars have. But that is less things that could fail.

Well, it is a Toyota so I bought a 2019 Avalon XLE Hybrid primarily for its reliability. However, it has two major flaws. Firstly, it is supposed to provide 43 mpg, but actually it is a lot less. Currently, it is 34.6 mpg. Secondly, for a pretty luxurious car I expected it to have all the safety features for which Toyota is famous. Unfortunately, it turned out that it is missing Intelligent Clearance Sonar and Parking Assist. When I called Toyota and asked if these features could be installed, I was told that it was too complicated. Big disappointment.

I bought an extended warranty (Vehicle Service Agreement) from Brandon (Finance Manager) at Pedersen Toyota last week. This is something I thought I would never do until I started researching and learning about Toyota VSAs. I'm a Dave Ramsey semi-follower and have always thought that extended warranties were complete rip offs. Well, most truly are...except Toyota. I highly encourage you to read up on them when buying a Toyota. Without a doubt the best vehicle warranty out there. Brandon took time out of his crazy busy schedule to meet with me individually and discuss the different plans available, all with about 1 hour notice that I was stopping by. He gave me an amazing price right off the bat and beat about 10 other dealers that I had been "haggling" with, via email, on extended warranty prices Super chill guy and great at explaining the fine print details that extended warranties always have. I highly recommend Brandon and the finance team at Pedersen to anyone who is skeptical about extended warranties or just plain wants a great price on one. If you read this Brandon, I can't thank you enough man. I'll see you soon for an oil change!

You may think, "Oh, it's not that pretty, and its only got cloth seats inside.", but this car is more than that, surprisingly. Yes, I admit, the exterior styling looks as if the designers at Toyota didn't give it that much thought. However, the inside is more exciting. Yes, cloth seats. But, on the flipside, lots of legroom, dual-zone A/C, and two infotainment screens. So, if you don't mind having an average looking car in return for lots of gadgets, then go for it.

I love everything about this car! Looks wonderful has plenty of room very comfortable driver passenger friendly, Toyota reliability I'm so very pleased with my Toyota Avalon!
