Laid back country atmosphere, no high pressure at all. Easiest truck purchase I've ever experienced.

The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

Got the XSE back in October and I haven’t had a single issue with it. Inside looks amazing and feels nice and cozy. Outside looks great. I get wonderful gas mileage. Huge sunroof to put down on nice days. Great jbl speaker kit that really can make your bump. Smooth driving can manage anything you would need to from the steering wheel. Great car, probably will drive a camry until they give me a reason not too

I get my cars serviced here. Whether its my 20-year old Scion or my recent-model Highlander, they are always very professional. They try to find ways to save on cost, because service at dealerships are always more expensive, but Patt Lobb service pros advocate for their clients as best they can. I don’t mind paying a little more for the level if service and professionalism they provide.

Positives: Great fuel economy in the hybrid. Comfortable, smooth ride. Negatives: feels like riding in a coffin- numb, dead feel. Interior is ok, but still very cheap feeling. I pushed though an arm rest yesterday when exiting, too much plastic. Too many lines/busy on the exterior. Not good looking in my opinion.

He also asked if I needed shuttle service and provided promptly, so I did not miss important meeting at work. He also provided details on a tire sale, that I need for my vehicle. Top notch, this was a remote deal and my salesman Clint made it super easy. Vehicle showed up from across country trip two nights ago. Would do another deal with them even if we are 1600 miles apart. Much better than the dealership here in New York
