2024 Toyota Camry review
I have been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and have been pleased with the "past" quality, reliability and performance. I purchased a 2024 Camry SE about 2 months ago and I have noticed the quality has definitely declined in the newer years lots of cheap plastic and carpet is really cheap. The under carriage plastic splash guards are a total joke! I had to remove the cheap plastic guards because they were loaded with about 10 lbs. of road gravel and dirt "not" an easy job to do to remove all the plastic clips. other than that no complaints on the performance so far. The Camry gets pretty good gas mileage for a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder sedan.

Antwerpen Volkswagen review
Extremely friendly, very patient, I was a little worried that I wouldn’t get a car because my credit isn’t very great. Derrick (sales associate) went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He really worked a miracle. Thank you so much Derrick, please give him a raise.☺️
2024 Toyota Camry review
I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Alec was phenomenal. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job going over our options and highlighting the differences in features. My son is getting his first new car and I couldn’t have picked a better sales rep to walk him through the experience. I would definitely choose Alec and Heritage Honda Bel Air again the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle.

The car-buying experience can be quite stressful, but Sheehy made the process smooth. The salesman, Brock, was down to earth, very accommodating and up front. My husband and I stopped by some dealers including Group 1 Toyota. Marcel Greene greet us and helped us. His customer services was very good and he followed up by email, as I requested it. Other dealers have text messaged me. We exchanged some more information which let us returned to Group 1 and they worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted. I thanked them and will return to them for other purchases.

Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

Easterns Automotive Group of LaurelReviews
Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!

The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
