She is always clear with communication, keeps me appraised of the status of my vehicle and always delivers on promises. I do not like to have to call repeatedly for updates/answers and timelines and she makes all of the things that I dislike unnecessary. I really like that I did not have to drop off and come get my vehicle. The guy that picked up my vehicle SUV was very nice as well. It was hassle free experience and that is just how I like it.

We started at the Manager’s Special price reduction of almost $8,000 which CARFAX rated as a GREAT BUY. We began a harmonious negotiation which also included a fair price for our trade-in. The Sales Manager Josque Mena worked to support my Salesman Irvin in a positive no pressure manner. My Salesman Irvin was very personable in providing me information and answering every question. He was like “my wing man” providing me with the knowledge to make a well informed decision. The General Sales Manager Frank Ritzert reviewed and approved the second round price we submitted as a fair price. Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! Nissan of Orange Park MANAGER’s Special has provided us at the BEST DEAL we could find anywhere in the state. We have been looking for a sports car for the past six months. I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Got a fair deal, Beaver had a very capable team who knew how to handle out of state taxes and title. The transaction was smooth once we got to a deal. One disappointing thing, be aware the online price is not the price - they tack on an additional set of line items above and beyond the Beaver “WOW” price. They hid behind “it’s on the website” when I pushed back on it. And then add on the usual paperwork fees.

2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.
