I was left stranded by a check engine light while travelling home; I don't live in the area, but 200 hundred + miles away. They got to my car soon after the tow truck delivered it, kept me informed, and didn't try to add on a bunch of services I didn't immediately need and were able to make my car road worthy again so I could get home. When I do need a new car, I'll definetly keep them in mind. Thank you so much Flor!

They did an amazing job on servicing my vehicle as well as resolving a recall issue. Shout out to Anthony my Service Advisor for his professionalism.
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

This is my second time with Dani as my advisor at world Toyota. Came in for routine oil change and was treated with amazing customer service. He offered an oil change and rotation package which I found to be useful for me. He then went above and scheduled a ride share for me to go home and back once maintenance was completed. 10/10.

The experience was good. The sales lady called me immediately and sent video of the truck since there were no pictures on line. I made the request Saturday night Amarie called me Monday morning I went in to view the truck and did a test drive on Tuesday and made the purchase.

Great customer care. Just assured my oil change is solid and ready for travel. He opened the hood and had shown me the kill in my engine. Appreciate the courtesy!

EchoPark Automotive Atlanta (Duluth) review
I bought a nice CRV there yesterday. Antoine was so helpful and had the patience of a saint to answer all my questions and to explain and re-explain things to me. I already knew the car I wanted to look at and had the price before I even mentioned selling my car. Echo Park gave me over 2 thousand more than Carvana offered and several hundred more than another dealership offered!

CarMax Nashville review
A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.
