Great customer care. Just assured my oil change is solid and ready for travel. He opened the hood and had shown me the kill in my engine. Appreciate the courtesy!
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

This is my second time with Dani as my advisor at world Toyota. Came in for routine oil change and was treated with amazing customer service. He offered an oil change and rotation package which I found to be useful for me. He then went above and scheduled a ride share for me to go home and back once maintenance was completed. 10/10.

I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I was left stranded by a check engine light while travelling home; I don't live in the area, but 200 hundred + miles away. They got to my car soon after the tow truck delivered it, kept me informed, and didn't try to add on a bunch of services I didn't immediately need and were able to make my car road worthy again so I could get home. When I do need a new car, I'll definetly keep them in mind. Thank you so much Flor!

AutoNation Toyota Thornton RoadReviews
AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road review
Our experience shopping with and purchasing from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road exceeded expectations. Our salesperson, Tierney (Yogi), was professional, knowledgeable, and consistently pleasant throughout the process. Yogi demonstrated outstanding customer care before, during, and—most importantly—after the sale. The true measure of service appears once the paperwork is complete, and Yogi’s quick, proactive response to resolve a minor dealer oversight showed that character outweighs profit. The entire process was refreshingly low‑pressure and genuinely pleasant. Buying a car is usually one of my least favorite activities, but after searching much of the eastern United States for a specific model and color, I found Subaru and Toyota dealership personnel to be friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful without the high‑pressure tactics that often spoil the experience. We are very pleased with the C‑HR ESE—an enjoyable, comfortable EV that has already exceeded expectations.

I had a very good experience with the service department. Everything went smoothly, and my advisor Joshua Deshazor was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

More attention needs to be placed on appointment times. Need to adjust the schedule to reflect the amount of mechanics available to perform the job.

They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.

We had the best experience at this location. Michael was the best associate and walked us through everything and was extremely patient after the crappy experience we had at another location. We are so happy. Thanks Michael!
