They made buying the vehicle easy. They found me just wanted with only the options I wanted, with no pressure to compromise and buy something already on the lot. I negotiated a very fair price with them, including the allowance for my trade in. Friendly and great communication throughout the entire process.

I was left stranded by a check engine light while travelling home; I don't live in the area, but 200 hundred + miles away. They got to my car soon after the tow truck delivered it, kept me informed, and didn't try to add on a bunch of services I didn't immediately need and were able to make my car road worthy again so I could get home. When I do need a new car, I'll definetly keep them in mind. Thank you so much Flor!

This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

I bought a nice CRV there yesterday. Antoine was so helpful and had the patience of a saint to answer all my questions and to explain and re-explain things to me. I already knew the car I wanted to look at and had the price before I even mentioned selling my car. Echo Park gave me over 2 thousand more than Carvana offered and several hundred more than another dealership offered!

I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!

Mall of Georgia Mazda review
This is the best and easiest car buying experience. Direct and honest negotiations. No surprises. This is the second vehicle I've bought here and I'll be back again. The experience was great both times. Dylan and Robert are fantastic. You can trust these guys to do the right thing. Easy.
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

AutoNation Toyota Thornton RoadReviews
AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road review
Our experience shopping with and purchasing from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road exceeded expectations. Our salesperson, Tierney (Yogi), was professional, knowledgeable, and consistently pleasant throughout the process. Yogi demonstrated outstanding customer care before, during, and—most importantly—after the sale. The true measure of service appears once the paperwork is complete, and Yogi’s quick, proactive response to resolve a minor dealer oversight showed that character outweighs profit. The entire process was refreshingly low‑pressure and genuinely pleasant. Buying a car is usually one of my least favorite activities, but after searching much of the eastern United States for a specific model and color, I found Subaru and Toyota dealership personnel to be friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful without the high‑pressure tactics that often spoil the experience. We are very pleased with the C‑HR ESE—an enjoyable, comfortable EV that has already exceeded expectations.
