Robert McMillan was my service advisor and did a great job not trying to sell me crap I don’t need. Like the cabin air filter, transmission fluid changed, radiator flush and don’t forget the power steering fluid change! Honest guy and easy to talk to without the sales pitch. I hate sitting in dealerships to purchase a vehicle but these 3 hours went by fast. Big shout out to Aaron Williams he did a great job has my salesman. The test drive process was cool and relaxing the salesman didn't go with me so I could test the car as if it was mines. The facility was comfortable the AC worked great. I went to a place before this place and it felt like a sweat shop. Kudos on working AC. My only complaint was I told them what lender I wanted to go with but I saw were multiple lenders pulled my credit. Even if they where looking for the best deal I had told them who I wanted to purchase through. Overall I will give Echo Park an A+.

Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all.
