My husband and I were dreading shopping for a new car. Luckily for us, Paulin from the Toyota Dealership chose us to help buy a new car. Very upfront and pleasant, he made our experience a good one. He is so very smart and knowledgeable about the product that he showed us. Paulin was so patient with us explaining the details of the Toyota-especially the technology involved. We are old-schoolers and this area is always difficult for us. He did it with ease. He certainly is not a lazy soul. He was here and there and everywhere taking care of our business once we decided to purchase a car. I never knew that buying a car could be so headache free. He did a really terrific job!! He deserves a BONUS. Betty Kinsey

It was a pleasure working with Shawna in the Service department. She's the best!
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Melton SalesReviews
Melton Sales review
Before I visited Melton, I truly hated the process of car buying. This was mainly been because of my experience with typical car salesmen. I was tired of being disrespected because I couldn't afford a brand new car. MELTON CHANGED THAT! I was treated like a valued customer even though I was probably buying the cheapest vehicle in their lot. They did everything possible to make my deal happen and to treat me fair, kind, and with respect. I will be happy when it's time for me to shop for another car because it will mean that I can return to Melton for another wonderful buying experience. I drove off their lot with a sense of pride in my purchase and appreciation for the entire Melton team. Thank you for finding a reliable, cute vehicle that fit my tiny budget. My kids and I are forever grateful. I have and will continue to recommend you to everyone in need of a car.
