Working with Ahmad Alquza and Faris was a great experience. They were super helpful and assisted from the moment I stepped in the door to completing the purchase, explaining every option in detail, including the drive test, car pickup, and follow-ups after car delivery. Faris was caught in back to back calls and assisting multiple clients at the same time, but he managed to dedicate time to my questions and requests well. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.
