I arrived a few hours before closing and he and Genevieve the finance manager both gad ti stay late but both had a laud back non intimidating attitude and demeanor. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions.
