Great Customer service!! if you are buying a car contact Marianela, she is the best sale person. Not gimmicks and provide you with the correct information. I had an exhausting experience from a Toyota dealer in Weston, with a bunch of extra xx charges and fees. Marianela was able to give me a better deal with my current situation. I will definitely use her in the future since my kids are going soon to college and getting their first brand new car.

Valentina and all of the staff at Hillside Toyota were exceptional in helping me purchase my brand new 2025 Toyota Prius Plug-in Electric Vehicle. Valentina, George (who spoke to me in my native Greek), Salvatore, and all the gentlemen at the manager’s desk were so pleasant, helpful, and attentive. When I first visited, Valentina asked me if I had a favorite color. Then she asked me to choose my 3 preferred colors in order of preference. By the next day, Valentina called and said that Hillside had my first choice of color, the Cutting Edge, a beautiful smooth and elegant silver. Valentina also did an amazing job in handling the many complex details in leasing my Prius for the first time. She is a genius in technology, efficiency, resourcefulness in her ability to do what’s needed to meet my needs. Thank you everyone at Hillside Toyota💕💕💕.

We have a 8m old and found we needed a bigger car than our sedan but found the rav4 too large so we went to take a look at the Corolla Cross and ended up leaving with it. We sat with Raymond Simo who was super informative and made the whole process as painless as possible. Definitely recommend him as he was very accommodating - bought us coffee from the local Dunkin and even drove us to the bank to get a certified check for our down payment. This is my 3rd Toyota and 2nd time buying from this dealership so definitely recommend anyone looking to come in and be helped

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

Brought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 in for routine service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM and I was in the service line just a few minutes and met by a service advisor. He was very pleasant and professional and explained to me what items would be checked on my car. He listened and answered a couple of questions that I had. He then walked me to the waiting area where I could get a free cup of black coffee. He checked on me several times during my wait.

Hillside Toyota review
Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. We are new to the new technologies in our truck and she explained everything and even set up everything for us. Thank you Valentina and Hillside Toyota.

I found the sales staff very helpful and professional. They weren't pushy, but they were very respectful of my needs. I had a pleasant purchasing experience.

I had a very good experience with the service department. Everything went smoothly, and my advisor Joshua Deshazor was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Second time buying at the dealership. I purchased a 2006 Camry XSE. At first I tried to buy a SE but realized it didn’t have the features I was looking for. The MSRP of the XSE was out of my budget but the manager worked to get me to a reasonable price. He also was able to match the rate I was approved for. I was very happy with the service. Ask for Mills if you go, he was the salesperson who assisted me.
