There are some dealerships and then there is Betthenhausen Fiat! Great folks that made the process so simple!
2016 Toyota Highlander review
This car has met (most) of my expectations. I love all of the features, but I wish the speedometer was digital to see what speed I am going, and I wish I could see how many miles I have left to an empty tank. A couple other things I would have loved to have is a blind spot monitor, and remote start but these are all just luxuries and do not affect the cars driving abilities. Just my personal preferences! Overall very happy with my purchase and I hope this vehicle lasts me a long time!

Chicago Northside Toyota review
The service group was very friendly and communicated well. The big issue I have is pricing for simple replacement parts. $345 for 4 spark plugs- the plugs cost me $32 and took less than an hour to replace them. $102 for a cabin filter, cost was $8 and it took 6 min to replace it.

Napleton's Valley Hyundai review
Hyundai was great! They replaced my engine and starter at no cost to me due to an extended warranty. Their communication and customer service was also top notch. Tom Hagan was the man I was talking to, and he was excellent! He let me know what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions. He made the the process extremely simple.

2016 Toyota Highlander review
I don't know how many have got to enjoy a car for 300,000 miles without ever leaving you on the side of the road, but I have. My Toyota Venza was at 280,000 miles and still running strong when it was involved in an accident. The only things ever went bad was the radiator and a/c. Who can say that besides a Toyota owner? My 2016 Highlander XLE that I recently purchased is roomy, luxurious, and dependable. The size fits my family's needs. I can't wait to enjoy this vehicle over the next many years!
