I had been searching for a tundra for a month and found one online through car fax late at night. I emailed to see if it was available and received a response immediately. Forkan was my contact and he was extremely helpful. My wife and I had been planning on visiting a closet dealership in the morning but I thought I try the Plano Toyota because the listed price was really good. Let???s just say it was worth the hour drive from Fort Worth because everyone at the Plano dealership, especially Forkan we???re so helpful and made the experience great.
Wasn???t too happy with the manager, but I???m a first time car buyer and was very nervous going in by myself. I was very fortunate to have Gill assist me and didn???t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. He was very honest about his thoughts on each car I looked at and I???m so thankful for Gill. Not to pleased with the dealerships car options or the fact that I noticed a huge scratch on my car window after purchasing and no one told me anything and it wasn???t in the car history reports either. I was looking at 2 other cars and asked if the Manager would at least fix the scratch but he gave me a hard time even after I told him I switched from Mini of Plano to Toyota because I heard great things about the customer service. Overall Gill was absolutely amazing.

After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!

I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. Recently needed to replace a small car that we use for a local run around vehicle. My wife had long wanted a MINI so without her knowledge my 13 year old grandson and I went to MINI of Arlington where we were promptly met by Motoring Advisor Cody Cox. I explained I secretly wanted to purchase a top of the line MINI 4 door hardtop with everything on it to surprise my wife. I told my wife and aided by my grandson convinced her that I was going to buy a Dodge R/T., the Dodge place is across the street from the MINI sales. The MINI was ordered and I was kept closely appraised of the MINI and its progress thru the build and delivery by Cody. My grandson and I would talk about the Dodge around my wife and she was thoroughly convinced we were getting a Dodge. So came the day to go order the Dodge my wife, grandson and I loaded up to go to order it. My grandson had expressed a desire to go look at the little cars (MINIs) across the street and I decided to do that first. Cody had the British Racing Green 4 door hardtop sitting just inside the front door in the showroom with a large red bow on top and a sign lying on the dash said the car had been sold to my wife. Her name is a common name and she didn't think anything about it as we were just looking before we went to another dealership to actually purchase a car. We finally convinced her. To say she was totally surprised and thrilled is an understatement. My point to all of this is, without the cooperation and assistance of Cody Cox it would not have happened. His knowledge of the product, the suggestions he made on some options all made the car so much more than even I imagined. Cody took the time to give my wife an introduction to the workings of the various controls and buttons in the car. Including Bryan in the business office , who made the paperwork part pleasant it was a great experience. I highly recommend MINI and BMW of Arlington as the right kind of place to do the business of buying a car.

By the grace of God I ended up at Vandergriff Toyota with CJ as my salesman. He was prompt, courteous and didn't use the typical back and forth sales tactics. I live 4 mins from Toyota of Dallas and won't be caught giving those crooks my time or money. CJ and I made a deal within an hour of stepping foot at the dealership. I had a small issue with my Venza the day after I purchased it and reached out to CJ. He had me return the car for a free repair and even gave me a loaner car for the time being. Can't thank CJ enough, please go to Vandergriff Toyota and ask for him, you won't regret it.
