I purchased a new 2022 Mirai XLE from Santa Monica. Sticker price was 57k. (got the blacked out one so it was a little more), they brought it down to 53k. After $17,000 off the price, adding taxes and fees, the total was $43,000. After I gave them $4500 down, I qualified for 0% APR, 72 months, my total financed was $38,000. My monthly payment is $536. They of course gave me the $15,000 fuel card, the state gives you $4,500 ($2,500 more if you qualify). Aside from the numbers, rebates, etc. The car is not for everyone. I work on the westside and have 2 stations relatively close to me, and a third station that I pass by 3 times during the weekend. Yes, the fuel infrastructure sucks. But if you have at least 1 near you, you should be ok. But I highly suggest, you have at least two local stations easily available to you, wether it's near work or where you live. Do I love the car? - Absolutely, it's luxurious, technology driven, comfortable, feels so light when you drive it. I mean, it doesn't feel like you are driving a Toyota. I do plan on making this my long term car, one can only hope that California is over gas, and we can push hydrogen! (previous car, BMW - 3 series)

I had a terrible accident on 3/11/2022 with my 2021 Toyota Mirai. The other car ran red light and at high speed (much above 50 miles) came right for my driver side door, hitting my car so hard and pushing me to the passenger side. My car was totaled, while the other car caught fire on the spot (on impact). I was dragged out of my Mirai, with moderate wounds. Would have been worse if the car wasn't strongly built to absorb such impact. Thank you Toyota Mirai for your protection and saving my life.

I spoke over the phone with a sales Gentlemen that help me not only by recommending a good BMW dealership to get a pre purchase inspection but also gave me helpful, accurate and truthful information on refinancing the loan to a credit union for lower interest rates and monthly payments. I owned the previous Mirai and all I can say is the new one is a significant step up. Dont get me wrong - the previous version was superb, but Toyota have tried to fix every quibble. The new version is slick to look at and drive with a highly equipped and state of the art cockpit with smart styling. Limited Edition that I have has a massive sunroof, heads-up-display and lots of titillation. Sportier exterior, larger feel and outstanding handling - better than sports vehicles I have driven. Free fuel for 3 years, free maintenance for 3 years, free breakdown for 3 years, plus money back from CA which covers your down payment makes the totally cost of ownership much lower than you would expect and lower than gasoline cars in lower price brackets

This is my third Mirai in a row Financial services gave me $25,000 cash credit off the price. So with a tire and windshield warranty, I paid $35,700 instead of $59,700 and I got 6 years of 0% interest financing. I had a 767 credit score. On top of all that I got a $15,000 Toyota Visa to buy hydrogen with. This is my third mirai I had a 2019, 2023 and now this brand new 2025. 6 years of not paying for gas or waiting in the gas line at Costco! Only good if you're driving in California!
