Very pleasant experience, made me felt comfortable, and really important as a customer. They presented all the available options, and different vehicles. The Dealer was so professional and was ready to answer all my questions.
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
The RAV4 is the best selling SUV in its segment and it just got a complete refresh for 2026. The body styling is reminiscent of the Camry redesign with its hammer head shark front end. Overall Toyota really knocked it out of the park. Drivetrain is identical to the Camry as well. Bullet proof 2.5 liter inline 4 paired with a hybrid motor. Our AWD example produces 236 instant torque. Very quick. Some of the interior uses low end plastics and that part could be better. But overall this one is gonna be the SUV to even find in summer of 26. My wife’s SE was built in Japan and she loves it. The all new 4.0 Toyota safety sense suite is amazing too. I’m sure it will last as long as the last gen’s did.

Fantastic Experience – As Always! This is my go-to dealership whenever I’m ready for a new car, and once again, they delivered an outstanding experience. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles here over the years, and every time the process is smooth, professional, and stress-free. A big shoutout to Dely, who has been absolutely incredible. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right car for you. She always takes the time to work with us, answer every question, and make sure we’re completely comfortable with the purchase. I’m absolutely loving my new car! It’s exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again to Dely and the whole team for making this another great buying experience!

Concord Toyota review
The finance manager ? a fellow Marine who said Semper Fi when he found out I served ? went above and beyond to get my deal structured correctly. The whole team including the General Manager got personally involved to make this happen. Moon was transparent, honest, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle at the right price. He listened to my concerns, removed add-ons I didn't need, and even got me a full tank of gas after I pointed out a minor paint issue during my walkthrough. If you're a veteran or someone with a non-traditional income situation don't hesitate to come here. They will work WITH you not against you. Ask for Moon Yang ? you won't be disappointed. Semper Fi Moon. Thank you Concord Toyota. ??

Downtown Toyota-Subaru of OaklandReviews
Downtown Toyota-Subaru of Oakland review
We purchased a Toyota Highlander a few months ago from this dealership and after a few months in I wanted to share our experience with Willie Milton, Jeff Weist and Abdul Ferozy. In terms of picking the right vehicle we were pointed in the right direction by Jeff Weist. He also went over the figures with us prior to completing the transaction in the finance department. We knew we were paying a premium due to the shortage and I guess thats no ones fault. We agreed to the initial terms and was escorted to meet with Abdul Ferozy. Upon entering his office Mr. Ferozy seemed well organized and we promptly sat down and reviewed all the legal documents that were presented. Abdul then went over several of the packages that they offer, such as the extended warranty and maintenance plans and Toyota’s tire and wheel protection. We knew that these were products that we will use down the road so after the eloquent explanation we agreed. We completed the entire transaction fairly quickly about an hour although the salesman was still not done getting the vehicle prepped. I have used the service department once since then and Vern was great to work with. I would definitely recommend working with these gentleman. I will definitely be coming back for all the other servicing needs and trust that these guys have their ducks together.

We needed a prius for business. Sedrick helped find us the exact vehicle we requested within 24 hours. The vehicle was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. His experience and professionalism in the car biz ensured we had a smooth deal from taking me on a great friendly test drive with their in-house vehicle then special ordering our specific request, financing, and ultimately handing over the keys to our spanky new AWD Prius! Thank You Sedrick and the team at Mid City Toyota!
