2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Let's face it: buying a new car can be a real hassle. I can honestly and happily report that Toyota of Hernando provided an amazing experience that far surpassed our expectations. The facility is new and clean. Our salesman, Zach Dickinson, was so helpful and easy to work with. He's been in the car business for years, so his perspective was invaluable when discussing pros and cons of the Grand Highlander we were looking at. Ali was our financial liaison and was very warm and professional. Mind you, we walked into the dealership at 6:45ish pm and bought this car in two hours. Ali got it done quickly, but he nor anyone else at the dealership ever made us feel rushed. But the real test of a company is their response when something goes wrong, and in our experience, Toyota of Hernando knocked it out of the park. First, Ali called me to check on how everything was going and if we liked the car. I told him about a somewhat serious glitch (TMTT) that happened three times in the four days we owned the car. It didn't happen all the time and I just knew if I took it in (1) the problem wouldn't occur for the service personnel, so they'd just shrug and say 'we don't know what you're talking about;' and (2) they would ignore or condescend to me because I'm a woman and I don't know that much about cars. I was pleasantly surprised that neither happened. Ahmad Stewart and Chris Todd in the service department patiently listened to my whole story, asked excellent questions, and a chance comment by Chris and my response led us immediately to the problem which was fixed in about 10 minutes. I have never been treated so respectfully by car service people in my life. They were so open to my explanation and never once made me feel stupid. Then, Chris spent a good half hour with me going over the dash cam, getting my phone hooked up, and explaining the best way to use the air conditioner of all things! I learned so much from him. His title is Product Specialist, but he is a product genius. He knows those cars up, down, backwards, and forwards. Last thing, Toyota of Hernando is not close to our home. It is not convenient. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. It's that good.You will not be sorry you did business with them.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

2023 Toyota RAV4 review
I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

This was the easiest car buying experience. I knew what I was looking for, the salesman Eli was easy to work with, I send him the info, and then applied online. The next day we narrowed my selection, test drove, I got approved and I was out of there in 3-4 hours. The place was busy too so you know they are known for the cars they offer and the salesmen doing a great job. On the Saturday I was there they have a food truck, corn hole, and a radio station giving away free prizes. My salesperson, Eli was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars and the business, and joy to work with. I had a fun while I was there and I will totally buy a car from them again.
2017 Toyota RAV4 review
Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

2023 Toyota RAV4 review
Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.
