Salesman very nice - vehicles in bad shape
by C from Riverhead, NY
November 18, 2018
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
Best SUV I've had

Well thought-out design, inside and out. Reliable in snow and desert heat. Towing trailers is barely noticeable. Spacious and comfortable for long trips. Couldn't choose better!

This is how you treat your customers
by Andy from Milford ct

If you are looking for a dealer that doesn’t pressure you or forces you to decide this is the place. Our salesman Ron is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.
Most comfortable car I've ever owned
by StevenEPA from East Palo Alto, CA

I'm a big guy and love the upright seating position and leg room. I used to have back problems, but they disappeared within a few weeks of switching from a Camry. Then several years ago I rented a regular car at an airport and within two days my back problems had returned in spades. Lesson learned. I also like the huge amount of cargo space - for Burning Man and road trips. Great acceleration, smooth ride. I've also taken it off road a few times, especially in Death Valley where it had no trouble getting out to Racetrack Playa. Center differential lock works wonders in deep sand at Anza-Borrego. Of course the size can be a disadvantage on tight trails or when parking in San Francisco. The only reliability issue I've had was a bunch of seals that had to be replaced under warranty. But I hope Toyota are still making them in a few years time when I'll be ready for a new one.
