I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased! 2024 Toyota Sienna review
The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

I was very happy with my salesman, Jermaine Rogers, and the sales manager, Craig Baily. They were friendly and up-front with me the entire time. It took a couple months to get the exact vehicle I wanted but Jermaine kept me updated every step of the way. Delivery at the dealership was easy too and fairly quick. Jermaine did a decent job of explaining all the preliminary tech you need to know with a new vehicle. I don't remember the finance guy's name but he was a breath of fresh air too--friendly and not pushy at all.
