Purchased my Corolla Cross one year ago today! My Salesperson, Camron Galaviz, went out of his way to find me exactly what I wanted. I am completely satisfied with my purchase! Today, I brought her in for service and was met cheerfully by Eli in the service bay. He was friendly, cordial, polite and had a great smile. Hunter, my consultant, was gracious as he showed me around to refresh my knowledge of where things were located then carefully explained what was planned. Next I sat in the service waiting area where I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee. A plus! To get my steps in, I walked around the dealership from the service floor to the front desk and was greeted by several employees. From the service floor to the restrooms to each separate area everything was tidy, neat and spotlessly clean! Almost too good to be true! Never would imagine such great care was really possible, but I've truly found a home for auto care services at Texas Toyota of Grapevine and won't go anywhere else. I leased a Subaru Ascent limited edition 2023 model last week. I had the pleasure of working with Roger Venegas, Sales Professional at Brandon Tomes Subaru. He is one the best sales person i have come across. He understood my needs, was caring and guided me on the sales process, was very transparent and worked very quickly on the sales process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Roger who is an extra-ordinary sales person. The manager and finance person were also equally good. It is a life a family at this Car dealership. These people do not sell car, they sell and maintain relationship with customer. I strongly recommend this showroom.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
