the tem there was great they where very patient with me I was a little picky but only because I wanted the perfect vehicle for me and my family and the staff there all helped me to leave with an awesome SUV thank you so much so in love with it
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
Vallejo Toyota was great. Not only did the find the exact car I was looking for they gave me a fair price. Nataly Diaz did a great job. Would come back and even tell my friends to come all this way to get a car.
My wife and I had a great experience when we bought a new car at Toyota of Vallejo. I would like to thank our salesman, Dan Terruel, who was there for us for any questions and concerns. Dan is knowledgeable and easy to work with but most of all he went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. All in all we are totally pleased with our purchased . The following week my son went to Dan to buy a new truck.
Just Bought my 2013 Toyota Tundra SR5, These Guys is Great, Got All types of Trucks, they showed me the Inspection that they go through to make sure their cars are ready to be Sold, 126 Point inspection ! (Who does that ?!)

The best car buying experience ever. Their low prices make it easy to walk away with a great deal without even haggling. I bought a great 2012 Tacoma 4X4 for under $20k. That was like $2k less than any other dealer I visited. Definitely will come back and I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal in trucks. Fred the manager was the best to work with. ¿¿¿¿
There was a lot of back and forth and some miscommunication. They're sales reps will work with you. That being said it was felt with well I paid what I felt was fair. Unlike the other review I called and was helped right away. I would go back if they had a vehicle I wanted.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
John Chan was patient, listened and took care of us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and allowed us to change our minds midway through. We felt listened too and helped throughout the process - and we love the car. All the financial details, the contact with our bank, insurance and DMV was handled really well. We felt very informed about our purchase. Colt Davis deftly walked us through all the final pieces of the process and was great too. The only thing that could be improved was the detailing before we drove away with the car. The focus was on cleaning the exterior. There was still some dirt, caked on things in a cup holder, etc. on the interior.
Samantha replied right away. We arranged to test drive that weekend and purchased the car. Sam was fantastic! She was professional, friendly and very personable. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.

I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. Was looking for a new car for my son and he liked the Subaru BRZ. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive, and left that same day with a new car. There was no pressure to buy like at some dealerships and the salesman was very nice . All in all we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership
