Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

I started searching for a new Camry in Springfield, then called Decatur, followed by Peoria and finally Bloomington. Zach Charlton was able to beat everyone else’s prices by a long shot. I wouldn’t recommend any other dealership in Illinois to shop with. They do honest business, and don’t treat you like just another sale of the day. Taylor, the Assistant GM sat with me for over two hours answering all of my questions in depth. I left with reassurance and beyond happy with my purchase. For as long as Zach and Taylor are employed there, I pledge my loyalty! My family and I will continue to do business with them in the future. I have been buying Toyota 4-runners since 1998. I really like the dependably of Toyota. This is the first hybrid I have ever bought, so I can’t comment on that part, but I don’t like that is smaller then my 2016 4-runner. I can’t haul as much as I use to, and when you fold the seats down there is a big bump up from the seats being folded up, so no flat surface to haul. It has so many sensors for all the driving help aids that when I was driving in ice and snow none of the sensors worked , because of all the ice and snow. It was so cold you could not clean them off. As I was driving it kept giving me notices that nothing was working and consult the owners manual. Also the foot opener on the back hatch did not work either because of snow and ice. If you lose power for some reason I wouldn’t be able to open the hatch manually. There is a button underneath the y on the name Toyota to open the hatch which was not frozen. I liked my 2016 better, but I travel a lot , and it had a lot of miles, that is the only reason I bought the new 4-runner. Some features I love like the button that automatically dims the headlights when a car approaches. The automatic rear view mirrors are a plus for tight packing spaces so you can hit a button and they fold in. I love my heated and cooled seats. Has a heated steering wheel as well. Middle console is small , and the drink holder is right at my elbow when driving. Smaller then the 2016 4 runner.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

Scotty is a really good salesman, I came in for my appointment to look at a used car, he told me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, was hospitable, and very kind. He also was knowledgeable about his profession, and was really attentive and asked all the questions that me and my grandfather had. After we went for a test drive, I decited that the car would be my first vehicle, and after that we went through all the paper work and he recommended a friend at state Farm to be my insurance agent and I was happy with my purchase and am very thankful for the service he provided.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

My wife and I met Dave who was really great to work with. He explained key features of the vehicles and had great information as well. The process was really easy. No hassle, and most of all they gave us a great deal for our trade-in and the prices are competitive. Will be going back again for our next vehicle.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

I highly recommend this dealership, it's always a great experience purchasing a vehicle from them. Anthony goes out of his way to find me what I'm looking for within my price range, can answer any questions I may have about the vehicle, and is always willing to help out. I just recently purchased another vehicle from this place and I'm enjoying it so far, no complaints.

My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

I’ve had my black Crown Limited for about 19 months now and am already at 30k miles since I drive a ton. I love it! It’s extremely comfortable, accelerates very smoothly and I’ve had no mechanical or technical issues so far.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.
