I called and set up a 5000 mile service on my new tundra. I spoke with Dan Prescott who listened to my concerns, and work to be done, and he set my service appt up and Mark Whitman did the service on my vehicle. Both men were very professional and all work was done in a timely fashion as promised, and even a recall I didn???t know about was taken care of during this appt. I would recommend the service dept at McGee to anyone.
Very experienced sales staff. Comfortable show room. Didn't know what I was looking for but they were very patient with me. Would definitely recommend them if your looking for a good deal on a new vehicle. James Hudson thank you very much for your help. Excellent salesman!!!

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
The service department at Paul Clark V.W. has been good throughout the years (as a personal evaluation consisting of about 20 years as a customer); however, presently it seems that its commitment to provide a good service has been incremented in its competency. I personally have been well served, and definitely recommend the service department at P.C. V.W. to those that may need its service. The professionalism of Mike Sobaleski and Patrick Clark will definitely help ease the process.
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
My wife and I just recently purchased a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma and a new 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Jesse Abbruzzese at Falmouth Toyota. Jesse was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or hurried at any time. It had been 12+ years since we last shopped for vehicles and Jesse helped make our experience both fun and easy. John O'Keefe assisted us with our financing and I have to say it was one of the easiest loan originating processes we have been through. John was also very professional and courteous. He spent a great deal of time answering our questions and finding the right loan solutions for our needs. All in all the entire car buying process was outstanding. As for Falmouth Toyota, I bought my first car from them 30 years ago and their service and sales experience has always been exceptional. The auto industry has become so much more competitive over the years, but I have never found a better dealership to work with than these guys.
