I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
I regularly take my 2009 Prius to Toyota Santa Monica for its 5000-mile service. I appreciate that they know my car--having maintained it since 2009. This time my service advisor was Thomas Soveg and I thought he was especially good. He listened to my questions, made sure I got the price break indicated on the coupon I brought in, offered a good suggestion about body work, and had the car in and out of service promptly. Plus he was very courteous and appreciative of me as a customer. It was a very positive experience.
In my opinion Rydell Chevrolet is one of the best car dealer in Northridge. Every time that I need help they are there for me. I really recomende Rydell to all my friends. Keep the good work, and thank you for being a nice and professional people.

I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.
Honestly didn't think I would drive off with a new car. My sales guy "Allen" was great and made my experience fun. His manager worked out a great deal for me to get approved. I also made a trade in, they really went out thier way to satisfy a customer. I'm happy and blessed with my 2017 KIA OPTIMA HYBRID ¿ Thanks
Purchased a new CRV here. Dealership is immaculate. The cleanest most well maintained I've ever seen. We worked with Favio Costin on our purchase. Nothing short of outstanding! He let us know if the car was available and made the purchase the smoothest we have experienced. Pricing was fair as well as the offer on a trade. He clearly explained all facets of the vehicle and the paperwork process was efficient. The buying experience was so good it has changed my wife's negative opinion about buying cars (maybe not a good thing?).
