My car required towing to be repaired as I was stranded on I80. I originally called Serramonte Lexus explaining the car would be towed in and I would need a rental car for the duration of the repairs. The response was a whiny "we're busy". However Lexus of Marin responded with "no problem, we'll be waiting for you". Then were, provided a car, and did a great job restoring my car to proper order. I've ALWAYS had positive experiences at this dealership, from purchase to maintenance support.
Hats off to Len Temple and his great service department.
John Chan was patient, listened and took care of us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and allowed us to change our minds midway through. We felt listened too and helped throughout the process - and we love the car. All the financial details, the contact with our bank, insurance and DMV was handled really well. We felt very informed about our purchase. Colt Davis deftly walked us through all the final pieces of the process and was great too. The only thing that could be improved was the detailing before we drove away with the car. The focus was on cleaning the exterior. There was still some dirt, caked on things in a cup holder, etc. on the interior.
What a welcoming dealership! From the moment my daughter & I walked in I felt confortable. No one was pushy, just wanted to help. We spoke with Martin on the phone to let him know we were coming. He listened intently to my situation of ??? I need a car ASAP ??? He said sit back and relax I???ll do all the work soon I was the proud owner of a much needed vehicle! I would recommend Martin, any of the wonderful staff but also this dealership! Thank you for making this stressful situation I was in turn into a wonderful positive experience! Thank you again Martin !
My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
I came to trade in my 2014 Nissan, realizing I needed a better car for towing my vintage trailer and going on trips. Also as a nanny I needed a car that was completely and totally safe for driving around other people???s children. Charlie was great at finding me a wonderful match for both. I highly suggest him, he is definitely not one of those annoying sales people and was really patient while I decided.
A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I inquired about a newly posted Honda Pilot on a Friday and got an immediate response asking when I was available to test drive which was awesome. I responded immediately that I was in Tahoe for the weekend and could test drive on Sunday afternoon.
The next response was from someone else who said the car had been sold the night before. So a bit of a mixed signal, but no hard feelings, I guess it’s the nature of the biz.
Always follow through customer ‘s request ! They always try to find u the right car that fits your budget !
