My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.
Marin Volvo has sold us three cars over the last 20 years - and I will never go to another Volvo Dealer because their service and staff are par excellence! Am looking to buy another new SUV by year end - and will purchase from the same.
They are caring, thorough, and actually listen to their customers!!!

A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I inquired about a newly posted Honda Pilot on a Friday and got an immediate response asking when I was available to test drive which was awesome. I responded immediately that I was in Tahoe for the weekend and could test drive on Sunday afternoon.
The next response was from someone else who said the car had been sold the night before. So a bit of a mixed signal, but no hard feelings, I guess it’s the nature of the biz.
Ryan Macoy went above and beyond to make our dream come true. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything possible to get us what we wanted with us not having the best qualifications. All I can say is WOW. The service that I experienced when I came to Vallejo Nissan far exceeded the status quo. Ryan Macoy assisted me in the purchase of my 2016 Camero. Not only did he go above and beyond to work with the bank in financing my car, he spoke directly with the insurance company and ensured that my experience was efficient and memorable.
It is not often that a manager gets so involved with customers, but Ryan is not your avergage guy. My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.
