They did not give the Sport Bars to me that were in the pictures online! I have asked twice with no response and I believe if that’s the way the Car appears online then that is what should be included in the Sale.
Roberto took good care of us from our online introduction through the finalization of the sale of our new Sorento. Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.
The name of my sales man his name is Eli he was very courteous very approachable I was just strolling through the lot and he noticed me and wanted to know could help me I brought my car in to be serviced I didn’t bring my car in to get a new car but after dealing with Eli and having conversations with him I bought a new car he’s an excellent salesman he’s courteous he’s top-notch he is warm he’s friendly he’s not pushy he’s an excellent sales person smile on his face I wished all the salesman could be like him maybe they would sell more cars
This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
I new what I was looking for and was glad to find it. I was hopeful for a better deal and found it difficult to manage an agreement with financial advisor. Fortunately after hours of negotiating all kinds of terms we came to understanding. I understand I choose a very special SUV, but as a customer looking for the best I expect the best deal. Sales representative did a great job showing me my car of my dreams with great knowledge.

I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
My experience with Audi Fremont was the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. The sales team was the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful among all the dealerships and different makes that I visited in my search, by far. We quickly and cordially arrived at a fair price.
A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I inquired about a newly posted Honda Pilot on a Friday and got an immediate response asking when I was available to test drive which was awesome. I responded immediately that I was in Tahoe for the weekend and could test drive on Sunday afternoon.
The next response was from someone else who said the car had been sold the night before. So a bit of a mixed signal, but no hard feelings, I guess it’s the nature of the biz.
Fast car inspection and replacement of the battery

My battery failed after owning my KIA for two years, a month and a few days. My car was towed to Hilltop Ford/KIA under warranty and the problem identified: battery was replaced at cost of $154.40. I had thought something more serious was the case. Mr. Danny Roque, Service Manager, was very concerned, attentive and helpful in my obtaining a refund on additional towing charges, due to the fact that Oakland KIA, the nearest KIA dealer to San Francisco, could not store and inspect my car for eight (8) days after I contacted them. Hilltop KIA was able to inspect the car, replace the battery, wash my car and transport me to and from a BART station, all within thirty hours after I first contacted them by telephone. I greatly appreciate his assistance and the good service I received.
Great dealership to purchase a vehicle from! Everyone from the sales staff to the finance department was professional and created a non stressful car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be definitely going back there when I am in the market for another vehicle in the future.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
