I needed to downsize my vehicle. I checked on line a found a certified vehicle which appeared to meet my needs. I visited the dealership, viewed the vehicle ,talked terms and 20 minutes later the deal was done. A great experience. Having bought over a half dozen vehicles and having them serviced at the dealership I was confident in my choice. A cordial and helpful staff .
Everyone at McLaughlin was so helpful and nice the entire time. From Doreen in sales to Keith in finance to Dan Adams; it was a flawless experience. I decided to order a new 2019 and they kept me updated along the way. Did my finance over the phone with them so all I had to do was come in and sign the purchase agreement and I was out the door. No one pressures you here and offers guidance when asked. I???ve always had ???okay??? experiences at dealerships but this completely surpassed my expectations. I can confidently say that I will be back for my next one and will continue to recommend them!
I was in the market for a new car and i went to the Hingham Chevrolet and they were pushy and i didn???t like that what so ever . I came here with my mother and Doreen was the best ever !! Keith was very upfront and made everything so easy for me to finance my brand new baby . I booth my truck 2500 Silverado at Colonial South Chevrolet , with I had a wonderful experience with hall transaction but the best of hall was to work with the sales person Mr. Tony Lima . He did everything great and he was very pleasant .I will recommend my family and friends to this dealer .

I called and set up a 5000 mile service on my new tundra. I spoke with Dan Prescott who listened to my concerns, and work to be done, and he set my service appt up and Mark Whitman did the service on my vehicle. Both men were very professional and all work was done in a timely fashion as promised, and even a recall I didn???t know about was taken care of during this appt. I would recommend the service dept at McGee to anyone.
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
Stopped there last Wednesday. Vehicle advertised on the internet.
Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Great dealership. Worked with Charles Pithis to purchase a Golf . He was knowledgable and friendly. No high pressure sales at this dealership. Full transparency from start to finish. Other VW dealerships in Eastern MA were less friendly and kept switching the numbers around. Would highly recommend visiting this dealership. Kevin M
