First of all, we loved my experience with Mr. Joe Billones. The genuine and polite way he talks and communicates makes us feel very comfortable during the process. He is that kind of sales consultant that we would ever want to work with. We did a test drive with Joe, he was very funny and patient. He listens to us, knows what we want and doesn't make us feel pushy at all. The second day we went to another Lexus dealer for another test drive and we didn't enjoy the experience there at all, so we texted Joe back. He was very genuine and caring. He made the purchasing process easy and fast. Our experience with him was very pleasant and comfortable. Would 100% recommend Joe and Lexus to my friends.
Plus, I love my IS 300 F Sport. Feels like it's the perfect car and brand to me.
This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
I saw a used truck on autotrader and contacted mossy to get more info. Danny answered and invited me to come in and take a look. I ended up buying and doing a trade in. Danny made the process smooth and easy-would recommend!

Working with Danny Baker on the brand new Tundra purchase was seamless and easy. Danny didn???t make us feel pressured but did listen to what we were looking for and worked diligently to find us the exact truck we wanted. I can honestly say that without his input and method of working we likely wouldn???t have purchased a new vehicle, however because of his effort to find us the vehicle and deal we wanted we decided it was the right to to pull the trigger. I came in today to renew my lease and Danny made sure I didn???t leave without a good deal! He was so kind and helpful, constantly trying to lower the price for me since I am a student about to graduate. He was understanding of my needs and when my mom and I were about to leave to think more about the offer he caught us right before we got out with an incredible deal. We closed with Robin which made the logistical stuff very bareable. These two guys were so friendly and cool I actually enjoyed the whole process! Easy service. Very personable. Romio was great! He helped me get accessories I needed and explained everything in detail. He did not loose his patience with me when I had them re do all of my quote. Was not pushy and even taught me some Arabic.

I got a call around 1pm today asking me to bring my 2016 Corolla in for a recall repair. I was a little worried, but Bob Martin in the service department made the process quick and easy for me. I was able to drop my car off around 330, and it was ready for pickup by 540.
