Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

It took a little too much time and effort to get in contact with your service department through the telephone it took 5 calls to get through.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

As everyone knows supply is hurting your chances of finding the vehicle you want. We've been considering two options; Highlander Limited or Hyundai Palisade. Took some time yesterday to go and drive each, although used to get an idea of what to expect. Drove the Toyota first, great car, plenty of room etc. Went to a second dealer to drive the Palisade but after waiting for the sales person for about 15 min we decided to look elsewhere. Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest, a smaller older dealership I'd say by the look of it but as it turned out the perfect stop. We were greeted by Adam upon arrival and he never stopped listening and showing us what was available. As we arrived a couple was looking at a Limited Palisade in Black, sweet ride and as it turns out we had the opportunity to buy it, just what we thought we wanted. However in the next row was a Palisade SEL Premium AWD in the perfect color inside and out. We drove it, bought it and love it. We received a very fair trade, military discount and an overall great experience. As everyone knows buyer a car takes time, Adam and Max in finance did their best to keep the process moving and light hearted. Thank you both Adam and Max, we're very happy with our purchase.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Im 66 years old, know little to nothing about newer vehicles and how buying one works. When i say i messaged every dealership from Boerne to Austin, I did. I got so many texts from salesman and when I would discuss my needs and what I wanted, they always turned it around like they new what I needed more. Then I got a message from Bill Wyman in the Used car sales at Red Mccombs Superior Hyundai. i started sending him pictures of cars on his lot, things I saw on the website, he checked out everyone and gave me info on each one. I was trying to buy within a budget I had created for myself. The very next day he found a SUV on the lot that checked all my boxes. Took my car for oil change and multi inspection today. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even thought the place was packed, I was in and out in about 1 hour. That was awesome!

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.
