I went to Carmax. Looked at all the options I had and compared prices. This dealer had the car that I wanted. The salesman, Eddie Valentin, was very friendly. I didn't feel rushed. I would recommend this dealer.
Alex was behind helpful with me. I work long hours so he did as much with me as he could through texts and over the phone. Once Alex had an approval for me he contacted to set up an appointment for my paperwork. He was very diligent in getting me an amazing deal. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone.
I contacted the dealer because the mileage advertised seemed very low in relation to the price. The dealer contacted me immediately and confirmed that the advertised mileage was incorrect. At that point the was no longer a good deal and a thanked him for a quick response.
Everybody at David Maus Toyota is so friendly and not pushy. The car buying process was smooth and enjoyable, which is rare! The building was very clean and they have a wonderful vending area for snacks.
Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.
I had such a great experience buying my car with Victor Lopez.
His personality was so friendly, he was very helpful and was hands on to help finish our deal. He definitely went above and beyond to please us with the sale of the car.
