First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

I purchased a 2024 MDX from Acura of Richmond. When i got a little way from the dealership a light came on in the dash. I took it back to them and they were great about getting right on it. To figure out what the problem was. They even offered to give us another car to drive home. Saying they would have someone bring our car to our house once they got it fixed. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Then Fed EX delivered our new license plates to the wrong house. Which we did not figure out till the day our 30 day tags expired. They had someone deliver another set of 30 day tags to my house within an hour of figuring that out. They took full responsibility for the problem. Then had everything settled with DMV by the next day. They then brought the new plates to my house. I delt with Matt. It is such a pleasure to call with a problem, have them take responsibility for it and fix it that fast. I could not be any more pleased with their handling of both issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

This is a fantastic truck. Plenty of power for what I need. Interior feels great. Bed size is more than adequate. Exterior looks sharp. Overall, better than I imagined.

I bought this truck new 1/22. Have put over 100K miles in 2-½ years. No problems. Have 5.3L and 10-speed. Very reliable. Nothing has gone wrong. I feel the seat cushions are too short for someone over 6’.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

First of all, I have always been very pleased with the purchase of four vehicles from Rick Hendricks of Richmond dealership in the last six years, to include scheduled maintenance of each of those vehicles. The scheduled maintenance for our 2021 Acadia Denali was disappointing. I?ve no complaints regarding the check-in process, the maintenance performed or the time from arrival to completion and out the door. Rick Hendricks of Richmond has always provided exceptional service. However, this Acadia has been consistently, at random, activating the Voice Recognition, asking ?What Would You Like??. Plus, in the last several months, the volume of the voice has now increased to where in has become deafening. There are no controls within the vehicles to change, adjust or even eliminate the Voice Recognition Activation. GM has identified this problem and issued a GM Service Bulletin, #22-NA-180, for 2021 & 2022 Acadia vehicles. When checking the Acadia in for scheduled maintenance last week, I presented the bulletin to the service provider only to have him state that it would cost $250.00 to perform the program per the bulletin. I told him the Acadia is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty. The reply was the radio is not covered. I fail to see how the radio is the problem when the service bulletin states to reprogram the instrument cluster. The service bulletin provides a warranty claim code and labor hours of .6 for warranty transactions. If the radio is not covered as was stated, GM would not have provided a warranty claim code and labor hours required. The Acadia came with a Rick Hendrick Certified Pre-Owned bumper-to-bumper warranty plus a Platinum Maintenance Service Contract was purchased which does not specifically state the radio is not covered. Considering when the vehicle was purchased, 1/20/2023, with mileage,13,775, original in-service date, 7/15/2021, that leaves 18 months/22,239 miles left of the original warranty. Add an additional 12 months/12,000 miles (30 months/34,239 miles) extends the bumper-to-bumper warranty to 48 months/48014 miles and the Platinum Maintenance Service contract to 5 years/ 60,000 miles. In my view, this service bulletin procedure should have been performed last week under warranty while in for scheduled maintenance service and I very disappointed it was not.

I came in looking for f-150s, specifically one that could haul my horses/trailer. I was met with an extremely knowledgeable staff who walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The entire shopping experience was done on an ipad, so we built the deal together. Will totally come back even though I am a 2hr drive away.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

This truck is a 4x4 1500 w 18 inch rims mud tires upgrade the radio to gps system it's a good truck drive it to work and home move some family members ..old reliable

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

The only cars I’ve owned in my entire life are Hondas. The cars are reliable, long-lasting, and wonderful to drive. I recently traded in my 2015 EX-L Pilot for a 2025 Pilot Trailsport. And I’m in love!! The easiest part was purchasing from Pearson. They have serviced my cars for over 20 years, and I’ve also purchased from them. So no brainer there!! The hardest part was choosing the trim, but with my adventurous outdoorsy lifestyle, I knew the Trailsport was made for me. Still, I did my proper research looking at the Highlander, Telluride, and Palisade. Once I decided on the Trailsport, I went in for a test drive. Our salesman, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT PUSHY!! He gave us his card and followed up with us. We were back within the week ready to purchase. It was a busy day for sales that particular day, but everyone was super friendly and treated us well. Great place to purchase!!

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck
