Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

I am writing this review so late because I wanted to make sure Sunnyside Chevrolet followed all their promises and were satisfactory. If I could give greater than a five star I would! I was searching for a vehicle that met my wants since April of this year. Prices on vehicles were outrageous and every dealership I went to wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. On November 18, 2022 I came across a beautiful certified pre-owned 2018 Chevrolet Equinox with all the equipment and accessories I wanted. I decided to drive up to the dealership an hour before the store closed and met a very friendly individual by the name of David Wrice. I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted, had the stock number in hand, and discussed what price range I wanted as well as the fact I had my trade in that I wanted to turn in. David and the used car sales manager offered me over what I owed left on my trade. THANK GOD! Then I sat down and went over prices and was able to feel at home being offered a hot chocolate or other beverage of my choice. David and the manager allowed me to take the vehicle overnight to test drive and show my family as well as give time for other banks to offer the abilities to finance through them for a lower rate. The team made sure to listen and understood I was concerned of other financial responsibilities outside of purchasing a car. As I took the car overnight I noticed one thing wrong with the vehicle and as soon as I brought it back the following morning, David and his sales manager stated that if I purchased the vehicle my car would be promised to be taken care of! David even set up my service appointment and made sure to work around my work schedule without being reminded or asked! I was offered a lower rate through the banks and got to trade in my vehicle in order to get the perfect car that will last me an appropriate amount of time for my future, room for my friends, space for the dogs, and safety for myself. My service was done two weeks later, my vehicle was fixed fast and efficient. When I pulled in, I notified the service writer of the time frame I had available before I was to be at work. She was sure to make sure I was out of the service department on time. I even had time to spare to go to work. My vehicle drives like a brand new car now! Now fast forward to December 6, 2022 and my salesmen David text me to let me know that my license plate was ready for pickup and how much I owed at my arrival. The following day I picked up my plates and a salesmen immediately got my new plate and installed it on my car. I was even able to get my car washed afterwards by a lovely woman named Colleen. I am so grateful for Sunnyside Chevrolet. They worry about you and your safety. They appreciate their customers and clients and don't just try to take your money. I was even able to ask questions over the phone after my first time trading in a vehicle. I have never seen a car dealership so on top of their game. This is one of the last good places to buy a vehicle and be treated like a family member/friend with all the possible benefits. Not once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed with my purchase and I 10/10 recommend and plan to send my family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to Sunnyside because Sunny does save you money! :) THANK YOU SUNNYSIDE I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION!!! :)

The employees were very courteous and respectful. My oil change was was very reasonably priced. I had a clean and comfortable waiting area. I will definitely be back and will encourage others to do so.

My 2016 has 174K miles on it now. It's been mechanically sound for the most part. As with most high mileage vehicles, things are starting to wear out but it hasn't been anything too costly. The truck has served me well and been very reliable.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.

I love the Toyota Tundra, back in 2002, I was looking for a Tundra 4-dr, yet I was advised by the dealership that they would not be out until 2018, which was a lie, so I bought a 2003 extend cab. It served me well up to 2021, when a careless driver rammed me from behind while stopped in traffic at over 100 MPH totaling my truck, the truck saved my wife and I live that day. I bought a 2016 Tacoma in super white, yet after 2 years of ownership the paint is peeling and found this to be a problem with faulty work at one paint shop, they were using. I am waiting for Toyota to correct the problem, before getting another, White works best out here in AZ.

I had Holly who took care of me when I came in for an oil change. She was kind and professional and took excellent care of me. I also needed new wiper blades and she took care of seeing I got those too. She cared about helping you and was hard working and made my experience easy and enjoyable. She deserves a big raise and you need more workers like her!

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

WE received a phone call from one of the salespeople, Russ Dodrill, giving us information about an automobile that we may be interested in. We are glad he called because we are now the proud owner of a 2016 Cadillac XTS. Russ was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the features on the XTS. We highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for an automobile.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Very friendly staff and made my visit easy and enjoyable. After initial visit and test drive of the car, they made sure to follow-up with me the following day and asked what could be done to get a deal done. I told them what I was looking for and they made it happen. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. Will definitely come back if in need of another car.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

The buying experience was 5-star. However, the Ford Edge Titanium has a defect: the Intelligent Entry (keyless, touch-to-open) system on the front passenger door is not working. Liberty Ford was gracious in its invitation to bring in the vehicle for warranty servicing. I intend to do so.

I own a 2024 2WD WT, Double Cab. The WT model is the least expensive of the line up and comes with the 2.7L 4-cylinder HO motor. It has analog gauges, which I actually prefer over LED displays. The engine pulls like a V8 and sounds more like a small diesel. The 8 speed transmission shifts at the right times and is smooth. Cabin noise is minimal. It is a solid truck!

I thought i was treated very well the salesman was kind, professional and full of knowledge. I would go back to the dealership without hesitation.

This truck is a 4x4 1500 w 18 inch rims mud tires upgrade the radio to gps system it's a good truck drive it to work and home move some family members ..old reliable

Truck certainly holds its value for the most part despite having over 160k miles. No issues with drive train even after traveling from Norfolk to Atlanta

Drove from California to Arkansas pulling heave xxx 39 foot enclosed trailer has plenty of power tow /haul and engine brake excellent for slowing it down quick 105000 miles it squeaks on front end embarking for such a beautiful truck wd and hitting all zeros with fresh lube did nothing dodge. Should repair for free all Bush I ngs ans ball joints good inn er tie rods worn other than that it walks all over Ford super duty and gets 28mpg when not pulling a trailer

I have owned a 2016 f150 since July 1 2016. Bought it new and it now has 92000 miles and drives and handles and looks as good as it did new. Id rate it a7on a 1-5 scale!!!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I got a warm welcome from the service manager and received regulars text updates regarding my repairs.

This truck is a perfect size to easily park and it allows me to get all the ranch supplies I need. I can easily take my grand children to school or run errands.
