been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

We had a great experience at Regional Hyundai. We weren't bombarded by salesmen when we got there and they were patient to help us find exactly what we wanted. The process took a few hours but compared to other car purchases we've made in the past this was the least stressful of all. 2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I went on a Saturday when they are probably their busiest,and was well received and respected even thou I was only buying an inexpensive vehicle. I highly reccomend this dearership.I made the deal saturday with a down payment and went back Tuesday to finish paying and pick it up.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

I recently purchased a new Suburban at T-Town Chevrolet. It was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the minute I walked onto the lot I felt welcomed and comfortable. Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

Our service advisor, David Holmes, takes good care of us and our vehicles! Both our Toyotas are older (2001 and 2005) and we have all our maintenance done at Jim Norton Toyota. David Holmes does an excellent job of letting us know what needs to be done and how long it will take. He even keeps us updated during the process. 2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.
