2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

2023 Cadillac XT4 review
My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. 2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

2019 Subaru WRX review
First off if you are in to have that race car feel the +2015 Subaru WRX is a great car , mine being the 2019 . When it comes to comfort the car is not the greatest it’s mid size interior but with my after market bucket seats it made it feel better for hard turns or even around corners to hold me in place but for this it feels more as if you know your cars limits . The interior is ok again if you are someone that likes a plain and simple interior with out all the buttons then this car is for you as I like not having all that . So the interior is ok to my liking but I wish the vibrating in the trunk from my speaker system makes it make a noise and I wish they gave the option of carpet colors or dark black as it fades lighter . Preformance wise it was eh ok . The Recaros seats were comfortable and held you in some kind of aggressive driving around in mountains but the base seats are not great, you feel all the quality in ride suck but with upgraded suspension and tweaks it not feels as if I can feel the tires stick and grip really well and the motor closed deck block and upgraded turbo and exhaust system and more . You just got to love the car to be at this point but it will cost you . But reliably , yea it’s pretty good . I’ve Owen mine for going on about 6 years and it’s been great Owning it and having the experience of bonding . I’d recommend if you want a sportier race car feel for a Dailey

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2018 Subaru Crosstrek review
Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
