2006 Toyota Sienna review
We bought our Sienna new to take the kids to college, and back. They are all gone now. We had this car for 20 years and we loved, but after 20 years it started to require more maintenance than we were giving it. So we bought a new Toyota and are sorry to see the car go.

2010 Chrysler Town & Country review
My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to because of my most recent experience with this dealership. Candela, our saleswomen, and Lee Cook helped me get my dream car. They both went out of their way to help me achieve this dream. I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am. They went above and beyond and the entire experience was so positive. I purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago and also had a great experience. Everybody who works here is so warming and welcoming.

2008 Toyota Sienna review
Ours has 220,000 miles on it in the year 2021. We had to put a new transmission in it a few years ago, but it has had no other problems. We purchased it used in 2011 with 40,000+ miles on it. It had been a rental car, which might account for the rough transmission.

Berkenkotter Motors Castle RockReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
This was one of the best buying experiences that I've had with a dealership. I was an out of state buyer (San Diego) looking to purchase a 2014 E350 wagon that Berkenkotter had listed. I worked with Cameron over text message/email to discuss the car and negotiate the price. Cameron was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. We came to an agreement, and I was able to book my flight out and come to the dealership. Cameron started the paperwork prior to my flight so that things would be ready to go when I arrived. The car was exactly as presented in the listing. During the test drive, the battery on the car did die, but I was able to get it restarted and back to the dealership. Cameron had the shop test the battery quickly, turned out to be needing a replacement and they threw in a new one for me. Finished the paperwork and then drove the 1100 miles back to San Diego. I would absolutely recommend working with Berkenkotter Motors, great staff and very friendly. Excellent pricing as well. Shout out to Alan and Wade who were also there when I purchased and were part of the experience.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
I was car shopping for a few months and found a pre-owned SUV at Groove Toyota. I called the dealership and salesman, Daniel Bailey answered. We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.

The 2011 Toyota Sienna is such an amazing van with the AWD capability it has no problem working in the Snow Rain or shine. Great customer service. Dos not b.s. me around. No back and forth. Just gave me great product at a price liked.
2014 Toyota Sienna review
We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

This is my second windstar . My 2000 went 240k miles with only 1 transmission rebuild at 160k. Water pump at 144k. Great van . My 2002 has 51k with no repairs other than oil changes and brakes Ford builds quality in 2002. German motor USA trans. No complaints. Only replaced 3 batteries . 1 power window motor. due to lack of use. If you can find an old one under 100k buy it.

I had been to several dealers and none were able to get us a deal we felt comfortable with for a car we liked. But here at Primera Auto it was different. We found a car we wanted and unfortunately it was sold to another person. But George worked with us for days until he was able to get us into something we liked and felt comfortable in and was at a price that felt right. Thanks George for helping us find a vehicle. Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable. If you can get past the physical appearance of the building, Sam's Automotive is the place to get a used car.
2018 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

2006 Toyota Sienna review
We bought our Sienna new to take the kids to college, and back. They are all gone now. We had this car for 20 years and we loved, but after 20 years it started to require more maintenance than we were giving it. So we bought a new Toyota and are sorry to see the car go.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Car Depot review
I had been searching for a used car about 2 weeks. Once I contacted Car Depot, the process moved right along. From the first call to, Aaron, to see the Nissan, to the purchase. He was very responsive to my questions making himself available to assist in any way. Thank you Aaron and Car Depot for a pleasant experience.
2012 Honda Odyssey review
This was a great reliable car. Treated us well the 8 years we have owned it. Lots of leg room. The 3rd row seating folds for lots of cargo room.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Carizona review
I had been to a few dealerships before coming here and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Khaled made the whole experience feel different right away—no pressure, just real conversation and helpful guidance. He took the time to understand what I needed and didn’t try to push me into anything. Ended up leaving with a car I feel confident about. Appreciate the professionalism and how smooth everything was. Would definitely recommend working with him.
2008 Chevrolet Uplander review
Got 2008 uplander 8 years ago with 95,000 miles. Does struggle to change between 15 to 20 mph. I just have to pull out at a light slowly. It is at 171,500 miles. AC isn't blowing to back seats. But otherwise I really have no problems.

I would suggest going with Kevin C. and NO ONE ELSE! He is professional, not pushy and been selling cars for 25 years. This place is great, partly because of Kevin.
2005 Chrysler Town & Country review
ASE Parts Specialist 25 years. Bought this T&C Touring van with 175k miles from a family friend for $800 and figured it would need some things repaired. Being a tech for years, with good connections for parts, I might as well give it some love. Had a new battery and new rear tires I got to work. Replaced the following. PS pump and hose. Water pump, Upper and low intake gaskets, lower rad hose, Ft struts, rear coil over shocks, sway bar bushings and end link kits, front brakes, idler and tensioner pulleys, serpentine belt, transmission service and oil and filter change, 4 wheel alignment. Rides like new, would drive it to Florida tomorrow. Store n go seats are great.
