Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. 2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

2024 Honda Odyssey review

We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, our sales representative Nomaan made us feel comfortable and respected. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, genuine. We initially came in to look at a specific car, but ended up spotting a few others that were out of our price range. Rather than pushing us toward the more expensive options, Nomaan had an honest conversation with us about what mattered most to us, our budget. He truly listened and helped guide us to the best fit without any pressure. My husband had a question about the brakes, and the team at Toyota of Massapequa didn’t hesitate, they immediately reinspected the vehicle and even resurfaced and replaced the brake pads. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us. As Nomaan said, “First is the best”, and in our case, the first car we saw in person ended up being the one. We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! We also worked with George, our financing associate, who did a fantastic job laying everything out clearly and ensuring our monthly payments stayed within budget. Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. Five stars all the way, we would absolutely recommend Toyota of Massapequa (and especially Nomaan and George) to anyone looking for a car!
