Go see Bill. He is great! His consultative approach is refreshing in that biz. He knows about the cars instead of just working the deal like most others. The Managers were prepared and in time. No crazy wait times I was in and out in less than 1.5hrs! I would highly recommend this dealership and Bill specifically.

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. It was a pleasure working with them. We will consider them 1st on our next purchase. We appreciate you Dart Motors!

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. Van has the sliding side doors for easy access for 91 year old mother and all our grandkids. Also it has the towing capacity for our boat.

Made the trip from Aurora for my 2018 Audi Q5. Eddie Baker really knows his stuff, and Adam went above and beyond walking me through the tech features. Smoothest buying experience I’ve had.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.
