I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen EOS Executive from Autowise. Our sales person was Traci. She was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. She couldn't do enough for us. My car is wonderful. Like new inside and out. The mileage was low along with the price. We received a phone call from Tracy to please if we could return the car for an oil change and filter replacement even though when we checked the oil it was perfect. They hadn't gotten to changing it which was their policy of doing things for their cars. Most dealers wouldn't bother once the car was off the lot. Today we got a phone call from Tracy saying that they found another key, which we only had one, for us. If we wanted one the VW dealer would have charged us $400 to replace it. I can't say enough to praise Tracy and Autowise. I will surely recommend them to others.

I was grateful that even the manager helped because I only had a certain amount to put down to start the loan for my car. I think the sales representatives provided the best customer service; they went above and beyond.
