Ahmed was very helpful and patient Overall experience was very good I would revisit them for next vehicle
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Working with Ricardo was a pleasure! I recumbent him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was intersted in and the purchase process. He was also very friendly. The Bob Ross dealership was very nice as well, very clean and ordered. My whole experience was excellent.

Kerry Ford review
My first visit to your sales was not all that pleasant. My non-sales lady was it was very good. I saw about a week later at the vehicle still for sale and I called her again. She called me back with the offer that was better than I expected and I purchased a vehicle. Trouble is the sunroof late because found out the motor was burned out. But they had already agreed to report to fix the roof. Right now I?m waiting to get my vehicle back but they gave me a loaner in the meantime. I am trying to do to deal with his dealership a couple times in the past 30 years it was not pleasant. This time everything on the second visit was extremely nice including your finance man. I hope to continue doing business with them for a long time.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Northgate Ford review
Excellent help and service from Kim R and Kory A . They were knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with the workmanship! I highly recommend Northgate Ford! My car was in the Best hands!
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla from Chris Ward, and I highly recommend working with him. He answered all of my questions and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. He never pressured me into anything and met me where I was at. The car was the cheapest new Corolla I found in the area. After my purchase, I decided to cancel a warranty I no longer wanted. The customer service team who answered calls were really helpful and the person who assisted me, Sean, made it quick and simple. All in all, very happy!

I was very happy with my salesman, Jermaine Rogers, and the sales manager, Craig Baily. They were friendly and up-front with me the entire time. It took a couple months to get the exact vehicle I wanted but Jermaine kept me updated every step of the way. Delivery at the dealership was easy too and fairly quick. Jermaine did a decent job of explaining all the preliminary tech you need to know with a new vehicle. I don't remember the finance guy's name but he was a breath of fresh air too--friendly and not pushy at all.

Jada and nearby Tyler were both very helpful in getting our RAV4 checked in for service. These two made the experience most pleasant and instilled confidence in me that the car would be serviced in an excellent manner. Keep up the good work you two!

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
